Hydro Jetting Sewer Lines

Grease build-up, foul odors in your kitchen drain, scale build-up or heavy root intrusion in your sewer line is a sign you have some pipe issues going on. Before we focus on Hydro Jetting, we use a video camera to inspect your pipes to see what is causing your problem. This video will allow us to see if the clogs are caused by roots or other problems that would respond to Hydro Jetting.

Once drain and sewer lines become blocked with heavy grease and sludge or are damaged by a root, the most effective method to resolve the issue is hydro jetting.

What is Hydro Jetting?

Hydro Jetting uses water to scour buildup from sewer pipes. Using high pressure, it can easily break up clogs made of all kinds of materials, from food residues to congealed baby wipes, to tree roots.

Some clogs and blockages are troublesome and won’t clear using standard line snaking, preventative maintenance, overflowing or slow running drains and are perfect candidates for using a hydro jetting service.

Whether you have scale accumulation, tree root intrusion, blockages from hair, silt, heavy grease or sludge, water jetting can remove those obstacles and get your drains flowing like new again.

What Can Be Removed With Hydro Jetting?

A Hydro jetting session can easily remove silt, sand and hair clogs that adhere to the walls of pipes. Tree roots can also be removed with this process and this method cleans more efficiently than snaking. Since hydro jetting is environmentally friendly, and no punitive chemicals are used.

Only a professional should perform Hydro Jetting as the high-pressure water used can damage and break pipes if misused, or used improperly in the wrong area.

How does Hydro Jetting work?

Special water pressure nozzles are used inside the pipe or drain and various pressures are used for kitchen or main sewer line clogs depending on the size of the pipe and type of clog.

Hydro Jetting machines have a motor and a large tank of water attached to a long hose that has various interchangeable nozzles. Water Jetting forces high-pressure water through your pipes that devour and breaks down buildup and blockages inside and on the walls of your pipes

A water jetting hose is lowered into the drain opening, then the pressurized water shoots through the nozzle. The nozzles are designed to shoot water both forwards and backward to push through clogs and clean the walls of the pipe at the same time leaving a clean pipe and drain.
